Basic information

The original PROMONT, public company, was founded in 1990 and, within the development project, it was transformed to a joint-stock company of PROMONT, a.s.

Since the beginning of its foundation, the company’s key activities have been focusing on comprehensive deliveries of technologies for the chemical, food, papermaking, pharmaceutical, petrochemical and mechanical engineering industries.

The PROMONT, a.s. company has extensive experience with manufacture of special apparatus (exchangers, injectors, reactors and columns) when processing steels of usual quality, austenitic and duplex steels and other stainless steel specialties (for example W.nr. 1.4301, 1.4306, 1.4307,1.4541,1.4571,1.4404,1.4539,1.4361)

Welding works are integral part of all activities. We have a team of forty quality welders, led by the Chartered European Welding Engineering with EWE Certificate (2x), International Welding Inspoctor with IWI Certificate and European Welding Technologist with IWT Certificate

Currently, the company employs approximately 100 qualified workers and disposes of manufacturing-assembling premises of approximate area 3.000 m2.

In the environment protection area, we lay maximum emphasis upon the adherence to all basic environmental obligations, such as:

Respecting the requirements for reduction of environmental impacts of different projects in their preparation stage (reviewing their affect upon the environment)
Implementing the risk control system and preventing the industrial accidents
Planning and implementing the corrective and preventive action
Monitoring the production of waste, hazardous waste and management thereof
Meeting the legislative requirements in all company activities
Running regular staff training and increasing their environmental awareness
