Testing and measurements are executed by NDT workers in particular phases of whole production process. In accordance with customer´s requirements we keep documentation from control activities, work out the protocols and make reports. We keep the testing documentation and serve her archiving.

NDT personal is qulified for these testing methods:

LT : LEAK TESTING
LT-B : AIR OR WATER PRESSURE TESTING
PT : LIQUID PENETRANT TESTING
VT : VISUAL TESTING
UTT : ULTRASONIC THICKNESS TESTING

The whole mechanical production is supported by strong technical team, who is able to realize all steps of production beginning with strenght calculation defined by customer DATASHEETS, through the creation of production and assembly documentation and ending with final documentation of manufactured product.
Our team counts 5 design engineers.

Calculation program :
VVD ver. 20.1 – for calculation of pressure vessels according to: EN 13445, ASME VIII div.1, AD 2000, EN 1591, EN 13480 a PD 5500
PV Elite 25 – for calculation of pressure vessels according to: ASME VII div.1, div.2, EN 13445 a PD 5500

Autodesk Inventor Professional 2019, 2022, Autodesk AutoCAD Mechanical 2019, 2022 – SW for creating projections and workshop drawings
